I’m an academic living in Providence, Rhode Island. I was born and raised in Tehran, Iran until the age of 15, at which point I moved with my family to Toronto, Canada. My work is at the humanities end of the social sciences.
I’m also a failed playwright and cellist, but continue to try anyway. I use this space to broadcast interests in literature, photography, politics, academe, film, theatre, and music.
